John and Kate sought to retain the industrial character of the warehouse, which has had several past factory-based lives while making it a comfortable and energy-efficient ‘machine for living in’.

We have used DiMase Architects twice in the last two years, once to rework our rear open plan kitchen/living room, including an entirely new kitchen and alterations to doors and windows, and second to design a rear pergola as part of a garden renovation.

We really enjoyed working with Antony and the team, having just wrapped up a project together.

Antony did a fantastic job on our project (studio Apartment/ Tiny house). The end product has a great sense of space and light and looks fantastic. For a relatively small project he was always available to sort things out. Would highly recommend him.

I contacted DiMase Architects because I admired their contemporary style and their ethics. In addition they promised excellent documentation for every stage. And they have delivered on all of this.

What is apparent when visiting this project is the feel of light and air. There is a beautiful qualitative sense to the spaces.
