River Restaurant

This project was designed for the owners of The River Restaurant at
the Southgate shopping centre in Southbank. The existing restaurant had been operating for 11 years and needed refurbishment to create a new and more interesting environment in the future. As the restaurant had an established client base and a look and feel that people enjoyed. It was important to make changes that were in line with the existing aesthetic that had been established. A series of strategic changes were implemented such as making a clearer distinction between the bar area and restaurant. We also created different dining experiences within the tenancy such as an area for fine dining and an area that was more cafe-styled.
