Urban Study

• Location: Kananook Creek, Frankston

This project involved working with the landscape architects who are responsible for the project. Our role was to assist council and the main consultants to be able to visualise the built form effects of the proposed commercial development along the proposed board walk of Kananook Creek.

Through our design studies we were able to show the impact of different heights of buildings would have on the Creek environment and the adjacent buildings of Nepean Highway. We were able to demonstrate different approaches to maintaining carparking numbers on site and ensure pedestrian access between the different levels.
